Nothing to Do With Jewelry. Everything to Do With Jewelry.
What does one of my favorite places on earth have to do with selling jewelry?
Nothing.
And everything.
I discovered Kiwanis Park in Tempe, AZ a while back on a December trip before moving to Arizona off and on over the last number of years.
It's a place of relaxation, fishing and where I first sat and thought, "so you don't HAVE to live in snow half the year?!"
This park is more than a physical destination; it's an emotional one too, a place where all the great memories of being in the area flood back.
When a Piece Becomes More Than a Piece
Anchors like this are exactly what can tie people's memories and emotions to metal in the showcase.
⏩ When a brand sends an email describing that luminous moonstone locket with wings of etched sterling silver in a way that makes the client feel "this piece is for the version of me that doesn't apologize for being my unbounded self anymore," that's everything.
The more jewelry becomes something internal, something emotional, everything shifts.
From a Single Purchase to a Lifelong Friendship
Emails that speak this way can touch the hearts and souls of clients like nothing else and turn a potentially fleeting "I love love love this absolute statement piece" purchase into a lifelong friendship.
